Architectural Project Manager

Eden Prairie, MN | Direct Hire | $110k -$125k 

Konik is partnering with a stable and thriving company seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join their team. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will interface with multiple divisions and external parties while managing commercial building projects of varying sizes and complexities and overseeing project schedule, budget, and scope of work.

You'll get to:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including leading an internal project team and coordination of external consultants from schematic design through project completion
• Projects include ground-up construction as well as tenant improvement spaces
• Assist with the investigation and preparation of due diligence reports
• Prepare and manage architectural project budgets
• Work alongside other internal team members in Engineering, Construction, and Real Estate to ensure a successful outcome of projects
• Mentor and develop junior employees

You'll Bring:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
• Minimum eight years of Architecture experience
• Five years of architectural project management experience
• Previous experience with commercial, healthcare, or educational building types
• Licensed Architect in MN or another state preferred
• LEED Accredited preferred
