Job Description: As a Compliance Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring that Bron delivers accurate and timely completion of client tasks in accordance with state and local regulations. You'll be responsible for verifying that all assigned work meets compliance requirements and is completed within the specified client timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Information Review: Verify that clients have provided all necessary details for processing requests.
  • Municipality Research: Identify which municipality has jurisdiction over properties.
  • Property Registrations: Research and process property registrations for compliance.
  • Utility/HOA Coordination: Work with utility and HOA companies to transfer services, open accounts, maintain payments, and close accounts.
  • Inspections: Review and submit property inspections to municipalities to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Task Execution: Follow established guidelines to accurately complete assigned tasks.
  • Timely Completion: Ensure tasks are finished within client-specific deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
