Position Overview:
Aroma360 is on the hunt for a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in full-stack development, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem. This hybrid role demands a leader capable of managing complex technical projects while also diving into code, specifically in integrating Shopify with various backend systems like Salesforce, Google Cloud, and AWS. 

This position in  ON-SITE in OUR MIAMI OFFICE 9am-5:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead technical projects and provide hands-on development expertise, particularly with Shopify's backend systems, and ensure successful integration with Salesforce, Google Cloud, and AWS.
• Oversee the project lifecycle, balancing project management with technical expertise in backend technologies and Shopify development.
• Establish and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams, integrating front-end Shopify solutions with backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions are in line with business strategies and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Guide and mentor in-house and offshore development teams, maintaining high standards in code quality and project execution.
• Act as a key client liaison, translating complex technical challenges into clear project goals and deliverables.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, complemented by at least 5 years of experience in full-stack development and project management.
• Proficient in integrating Shopify with backend technologies such as Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services.
• Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and backend programming languages suitable for Shopify integrations.
• Solid experience with project management methodologies and tools like MS Project and SharePoint.
• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successful team collaboration and partnership across organizational lines.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, capable of creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage technical projects with minimal supervision and a strong history of meeting deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Additional Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a seasoned understanding of agile software development practices and the ability to manage sophisticated application and portal integration/development projects. This role requires a proactive leader, ready to steer development teams and ensure the integration of our e-commerce platform with backend services to create a robust and scalable online presence.
